We follow the Jack Russell Terrier Club of America's Breeder Code of Ethics and raise resilient and confident dogs using the Puppy Culture program with behaviorist-suggested additions. Ranger Ready Jack Russell Terriers lead the way in the ring, on the race track, in the sette, and at home in front of the fire. Why Ranger Ready?

Ranger Ready Jack Russell Terriers is a small (and infrequent) breeder based in the mountains of northwest Georgia. We strive to honor the history of excellence within the U.S. Army Rangers through our terriers. We favor conformationally correct "unders" that love to run and hunt, and then snuggle peacefully by the fire. Paramount to our program is pedigree selection for temperament and conformation, an understanding of epigenetics, testing for genetic disorders, and a rearing program that builds confidence, problem-solving, and resilience. We support reputable breeding, work with a mentor, partner closely with our veterinarian, consult with a breed-experienced behaviorist and veterinary osteopath whenever needed, and adhere to the JRTCA Breeder Code of Ethics.
